FOOD AND MENU
The South Indian
Restaraunt primarily serves curry cuisine that is native to the South
Indian province
of Kerala. These spicy
foods' main ingredients, when blended togehter, are called "Masala".
This blend is
made of various spicy
ingredients that include nutmeg, cardamon, cinammon, cloves, fennel
seeds,
cumin seeds, curriander,
cilantro powder, turmaric powder, ginger, black pepper, garlic, and
mustard seed.
Each dish is served with
the South Indian Restaurant's famous home-made pickle sauce called
"chutney".
Some of the favorites at
the South Indian Restaurant include their famous chicken curry, beef
curry, samosas, and masala dosi.
