Eagle's Landing is a restaurant that provides a typical Belizean menu but also has a combination in the twist of American and Mexican Menu. Eagle's Landing opened its door to the public on October 11th 2007, managed by Mrs. Gina Zabaneth and Mr. Elmer Garrido. The name came from her grandfather Mr. Henry Charles Usher, Gina's lover for eagles and the nearby Macal river. The word eagles was chosen for it represents strength and landing was because of the nearby river where canoes use to be stationed. Ms. Gina love cooking and from age 9 her motive was driven to start out the business, therefore, with all this love for cooking Ms. Gina did Vocational cooking.
